We use our time together to address problems, challenges and solutions, but also to exchange individual ideas, visions, wishes and dreams. In a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere, you will be welcomed like a welcome guest and will experience sincere appreciation, attention and support from shared thinking to action.
Daniel G. Neugart
Managing Director
The company Dänkpartner GmbH was founded on August 31, 2023 with its headquarters at Spinnlerstrasse 2, 4410 Liestal. It is a long-planned business idea and a personal need of mine that I was finally able to realize. This independent, independent and self-supporting institution is a project of the Swiss Employees' Association 50Plus (SAVE 50Plus Switzerland), which was founded on November 25, 2013 by me and a handful of job seekers over 50 years old at the train station in Olten. Both innovations aim to bring the various interest and stakeholder groups closer together in the visionary, modern, digital labor market. Together we want to take workers and skilled workers with us and leave no one behind. Respectful encounters with people in their private and professional worlds should encourage and promote shared thinking and action. With this idea you will receive a warm welcome from me.
«Ideas want to be born, thoughts want to be realized and visions want to be lived.»
About me
From craftsman to networker
Summer 1962. Baby boomers. I was born in the then village of Sissach in the beautiful Basel area, the son of a Basel milkman. I grew up in the village and went to school there. As a young adult, I first successfully completed an apprenticeship as a baker. My father decided my career choice and said “I always need milk and bread!”. I did him a favor because he was right. Immediately afterwards I started my second apprenticeship. This time as a building painter. That was my personal decision and I was also able to complete this training with good results. During my painting apprenticeship, I was able to join the small and fine group of church and decorative painters and live out my creative talents. I learned about many old painting techniques and was able to apply them practically on listed buildings. After training as a painter, I moved to Ticino. There was a very special offer waiting for me that had been made to me beforehand. I was supposed to implement the color psychological design of buildings and rooms based on Goethe's color theory in an anthroposophical home for residents with severe physical and mental disabilities. For me, an honorable and meaningful challenge. I was happy to take advantage of the opportunity and have never regretted it to this day. I'm still amazed at how strong colors can have on a person's psyche and physique. There was tangible, recorded progress that felt like a miracle. I lived out my creativity, used my technical skills and was able to effectively develop my social personality.
After 4 years in Ticino - when I returned to German-speaking Switzerland - I ran a painting business with several employees for over 10 years. At some point I felt the need to pass on my practical experience and handed my company over to my best employee. Convinced and highly motivated, I went into sales as a field sales representative for painting products. A daring leap. But here too, my courage was rewarded. The innovative area of thermal insulation was also entrusted to me with responsibility. Then came the general building materials trade and ultimately high-quality concrete products. Finally, I continued to develop as a sales manager for a leading European company and was soon responsible for southern Germany, Austria, Lichtenstein and German-speaking Switzerland. In the course of these complex professional activities, I was offered more and more jobs as a sales trainer and coach, which I accepted with great enthusiasm and also implemented successfully. Eventually, these mandates increasingly became my main source of income and because I enjoyed these challenges so much, I finally focused solely on this area full-time and as a freelancer. I continually created various exclusive courses of my own for individuals and groups and finally founded the Swiss Employees' Association 50Plus (SAVE 50Plus Switzerland) in Olten on November 25, 2013. To this day, I am a passionate volunteer managing director and president. I have continued to train myself individually alongside my job.
Over 1,000 lessons in marketing, sales, communication and organization at a technical college in Zurich optimized my diverse professional skills and rounded off my personal and professional profile in a comprehensive and versatile manner. Today I work for various well-known institutions as a certified course leader, adult educator, job coach, network coordinator and company consultant. I was also often able to prove myself as a motivational speaker and am also considered a recognized labor market expert. I continually implement labor market measures for various institutions and regions on a mandated basis. I am also a lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences for Social Work (FHNW) in Olten with the in-depth topic of WORK-AGE-POVERTY. A topic that is becoming increasingly important.
Today I offer my services, as well as my expertise and experience on individual topics in my young company Dänkpartner GmbH and am involved in individual and group training for companies and private individuals. I look forward to hearing from you.
